外貿(mào)采購ERPSAP
職位描述：
此崗位為半年臨時崗位。

1. 工作范圍
1.1 Armacell 4家工廠氣凝膠產(chǎn)品和部分OEM產(chǎn)品的訂單制作；
1.2 支持客服團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保氣凝膠產(chǎn)品能夠及時順利的供應(yīng)和發(fā)運(yùn)；
1.3 協(xié)助商務(wù)經(jīng)理建立OEM 產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品清單和供應(yīng)池；
1.4 采購文件上傳及歸檔；
1.5 對工作范圍內(nèi)的采購數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理并做月度報(bào)告；
1.6 熟悉公司的政策并運(yùn)用到日常工作中；
1.7 上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或公司可能分配給該職位的其他工作；
2. 交貨監(jiān)控
掌握貨物運(yùn)輸狀態(tài)，確保采購貨物的及時足量的交付；
3. 持續(xù)改進(jìn)
所有的工作都需要不斷改進(jìn)；
4. 溝通和信息共享
4.1 當(dāng)有緊急/重要/大的變化發(fā)生時，及時發(fā)出警報(bào)。并有效協(xié)調(diào)各有關(guān)方面，以取得最佳結(jié)果；
4.2 有信息安全和保密意識；

職位要求：
1. 本科學(xué)歷。物流、國際貿(mào)易、國際采購、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)等專業(yè)均可；
2. 1-2年采購/銷售訂單跟進(jìn)或進(jìn)出口清關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 熟悉電子郵件、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、Word、Excel、Powerpoint以及AI工具的使用；
4. 有SAP或其它ERP應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
5. 具備良好的英語讀寫能力。CET-4級；
6. 工作能力強(qiáng)，所處理工作能夠高質(zhì)量輸出；
7. 有一定的商務(wù)認(rèn)知，積極主動，樂觀向上，有應(yīng)對復(fù)雜問題的信心和意愿。
Job Description：
1. Work Scope
1.1 PO create under 4 Armacell plants for ArmaGel Products and part of jobbed products.
1.2 Support CS team to insure timely and smooth supply and shipping of ArmaGel Products.
1.3 Assist Commodity Manager to create out-sourcing list and supplier pool for jobbed products.
1.4 Purchasing documents uploading and filing.
1.5 Purchase data analysis within the work scope and monthly report on a timely basis.
1.6 Well understand the company's policy and deploy into daily work.
1.7 The other work that the manager or the company may assign to this position.
2. Delivery monitoring
Monitor shipment status to ensure a timely supply with an accepted quality at the right time & quantity.
3. Continuous Improvement
All works needs continuous improvement.
4. Communication & Info Sharing
4.1 Alert when any urgent/important/big change happens. And coordinate all relevant parties effectively to achieve a best result.
4.2 Be conscious of information security & confidentiality.
Job Qualification：
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent majored in logistics, international trading, finance, etc.
2. With working experience related to order following-up or import/export customs clearance.
3. Familiar with the use of e-mail, the Internet, MS Word and Excel and AI tools.
4. SAP or ERP experience is preferred.
5. English skill in reading & writing is requested, CET 4.
6. Work’s high quality output is preferred.
7. With basic commercial sense, self-motivated and willing to deal with problems in a positive way.
