職位描述

技術(shù)文檔ADOBE ACROBATPROPTC
主要職責(zé):
1. 創(chuàng)建、更新、維護(hù)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文檔（如安裝指南、硬件指南、編程指南、在線幫助等）；
2. 參與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的全過程，與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)人員、測試人員直接溝通，了解目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品，深入了解產(chǎn)品特性、工作流程等細(xì)節(jié)，收集文檔所需的產(chǎn)品信息；
3. 為文檔創(chuàng)建插圖和圖形內(nèi)容，幫助用戶更好地理解產(chǎn)品；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)文檔或產(chǎn)品/軟件用戶界面的中英文翻譯；
5. 探索創(chuàng)造性的解決方案，采用新興技術(shù)，并實(shí)施最佳實(shí)踐，以提高文檔的質(zhì)量和有效性。
6. 學(xué)習(xí)并熟悉公司內(nèi)部流程和文檔創(chuàng)建工具。
資格技能：
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，電氣、自動化或理工科專業(yè)，有寫作、溝通或商業(yè)管理教育優(yōu)先；
2. 熟悉技術(shù)寫作和插圖工具（如MS Office， Visio， Adobe Acrobat Pro等），有PTC artbortext Editor經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3. 具有PLC， HMI和Motion產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)寫作和文檔創(chuàng)建經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
4. 精通英語，具有出色的書面和口頭溝通能力，能夠提供清晰簡潔的文件；
5. 能夠管理多個項(xiàng)目，并與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)有效協(xié)作，包括產(chǎn)品開發(fā)人員、測試人員、支持團(tuán)隊(duì)和其他技術(shù)人員。
