We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise and control NAV calculation process
- Supervise and control investment compliance process
- Supervise financial statements and other financial related reports, according to the agreements with clients and regulators
- Supervise cash management and foreign exchange processing
- Supervise and control the accuracy of books and accounts of the funds
- Operation process maintenance and control
- Client servicing
- Implement insurance custody business and other local business
- Support and implement ad-hoc projects
- Initiate process improvements
- Delivery of accurate and timely report to Clients
- Handle client enquiries and facilitate business solution for clients
- Attend, where necessary, client meetings, new business meetings and investor due diligence meetings
- Good team player
- Supervise a team of staff
- Address performance issue of the staff
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 2 years China Fund Custody related working experiences
- Adequate knowledge & extensive industry experience within accounting and valuation.
- People management experience
- Good written and oral English
- Sound PC skills, including EXCEL and Macro
- Good interpersonal skill
- Financial and/ or accounting experience
- AMAC Fund Practitioner Qualification (AMAC 基金從業(yè)人員資格考試合格證) for Mutual fund and fundamental exams.
