Position Summary:
1. Establish data security framework within AXA Tianping in China mainland. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements with Information Security, adopting the necessary measures according to the local environment.
2. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity or availability of corporate information, the resiliency and the adequate maturity of the overall processes under his responsibilities.
3. Following AXA Group security instructions and setup China local security policies, standards, guidelines and methodologies, review and update at least once a year. Supporting and actively collaborating in AXA group and regional initiatives.
4. Oversight to assess the gap and risks, define action plans to meet the short / long term KPI target.
5. With efficient skills to oversight the information security activities effectiveness deployed by 1st defense line execution team, e.g. IT.
6. Work closely with the business units in order to ensure that Information Security are considered and involved in whole company plans, business processes and projects. Be involved in projects and initiatives assuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information assets through risks assessment & mitigation plans (IRM). e.g. data security.
Recruitment requirements:
1. Major in Information Technology, Information Security or Data Security.
2. 5+ years in a similar environment (wide implementation).
3. Experience in data security is preferred.
4. Fluent English communication and writing is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge concerning Information Technology (Applications, Architectures, Infrastructures, etc.).
6. International Information Security Standards (CISSP, CISP) are a plus.
7. Good knowledge of local laws and regulations with impact is a plus.
