Track and drive the preparation work for trial run, lead each function department to complete their assigned tasks according to the timeline.
? Execute and monitor trail run-production checklist to verify product and process readiness. If new product, develop checklist with project team.
? Organize team members to track the trial run processes, solve and record problems encountered during the pre-production.
? Lead to review and ensure the open issues in trail run process are closed timely. also extend learning experience and avoiding same problems happening in other projects.
? Create an escalation report in conjunction with the functional team when any issue or potential delay is identified during the trail run builds, including action plan follow up.
? Ensure fast and accurate response to Program Management as necessary to provide excellent customer support.
? Support running changes & VAVE on existent current production projects.
? Gain solid technical understanding of all products where responsible for launch; seek training as necessary to build technical understanding; develop local subject matter expertise.
? Support the delivery of product packaging design verification and customer logistics agreements and other related work.
Minimum Qualifications：
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? Computer competency, e.g. MS Office Professional applications
? Power BI competency, SAP knowledge is preferred.
? Good English skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing.
? Minimum of 3 years automotive industry (or comparable) experience
? Project management background is preferred.
