【新建學校項目，工作地點在珠海】

崗位職責：

1、負責組織和管理項目執(zhí)行的各個階段的工作，包括設計、采購、施工和竣工驗收。

2、對整個施工進行有效的項目管理、進度控制、成本控制和質(zhì)量控制。

3、與業(yè)主方、施工單位、業(yè)主委托的其他服務單位及各政府部門進行溝通，使得項目施工符合業(yè)主與政府部門的各項要求。

4、管理工程管理中的各項合同，技術與商務等方面的關系。

5、 高效的組織所有現(xiàn)場工作，協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場各承包商的施工活動和各類材料設備的采購與供應。

6、領導項目管理團隊卓有成效的完成各項工作。

7、完成并提供各類重要的報告與文件。

Roles and Responsibilities

1、Organize and manage all phases of project execution including design, procurement, construction and handover.

2、Take overall control of EHS management as well as quality, cost and schedule control.

3、Communicate and coordinate with client, construction contractors, other service providers and governmental authorities and guarantee the success of project execution.

4、Manage the technical and commercial aspects of all contracts.

5、Organize and management of all on site activities, coordinate the construction of all contractors and equipment/material delivery.

6、Lead the project team to fulfill all project management responsibilities.

7、Prepare and submit weekly report, monthly report etc.

任職資格：

1、本科及以上學歷，土木/結(jié)構(gòu)、巖土工程專業(yè)。

2、10年以上項目管理經(jīng)驗。

3、國際工程項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

4、熟悉本專業(yè)的各類設計和施工驗收規(guī)范。

5、熟悉招投標技術管理流程，并有成功案例。

6、良好的計劃和執(zhí)行能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和人際溝通能力,具備服務意識和團隊精神；

7、能夠承受較強的工作壓力。

8、良好的英語和計算機能力，良好的工作報告能力。

Qualification:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in civil、structural、geotechnical engineering.

2、10 years of project management experience.

3、International project experience is a plus.

4、Familiar with the design and construction inspection code and standards.

5、Familiar with bidding/tendering process.

6、Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player.

7、Can work under pressure.

8、Good command of English and computer skills, good report and presentation capability.
