Principle Activities：

1.Determine necessary production capacities and resources (e.g. infrastructure, machinery,etc.) based on given production concepts

2.Determine quantities for in-house/outside production and production costs; display alternatives (make or buy)

3.Check release data according to instructions; cooperate in determining test and approval scopes

4.Cooperate in production documentation with the involved departments, taking into account forms that are ready for production and installation and making changes asrequired

5.Develop suggestions for production – ready forms of equipment

6.Plan and distribute the task packets within the team; monitor and respond

7.Prepare and manage master data lists.

8.Create production plans for modifications and rework.

9.Create documentation for production processes, including machine setting data, in production plans.

10.Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for product improvement.

11.Manage customer data / information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects.

12.Include all descriptions from the customer and internal product improvement excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer.

13.Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, production-technical and economic knowledge.

14.Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved department.

15.Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.

Job and Work Requirements：

1.University degree

2.Vocational / technical training usually acquired within one to two years of experience on the job with additional technical / vocational training in a specialized field

3.More than 1year experience in TPM

4.Good Basic English (write and read)
