Key responsibility
1、Act as the SME and product/technical owner of SuccessFactors for APAC region, leading and driving all the SF related initiatives including:
2、Daily maintenance – Act as the single point of contact for handling tier-3 escalation (from HR operations) and inquiries from the business
3、Change request – from requirement gathering, solution design, to configuration and development, and testing/go-live
4、Projects – New country setup, mass upload, data migration, new customizing report creation, etc
5、Manage and participate in half-year SuccessFactor system upgrade
6、Lead the SuccessFactors to Workday transition (data migration)
7、Provide support on some of the T&A initiatives and regular business as usual (BAU) work
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 5 years focused on SuccessFactors
2、Strong understanding, client-facing and technical hands-on experience of all SuccessFactors modules including recruiting, onboarding, EC, performance, succession, compensation, learning and reporting
3、Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels. Fluent oral and written English is a MUST.
4、Knowledge of Workday or Time & Attendance system is a big plus.
5、Project management skill is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
