Job Responsibilities:
1. Requirement analysis and technical support: Work closely with the business team to collect and analyze requirement,especially the data connection requirements between CRM system and BC system, PLM system and BC system, to ensure consistent data for all applications and unified business processes and provide user technical support and training.
2. System integration and customization: Develop system integration and customization according to business needs, especially defining enterprise workflows and integrating with BC ERP systems, such as financial reimbursement processes, personnel administrative approval processes, and other workflows. To support the goals of digital transformation.
3. Project management and implementation:Participate in the planning, execution , and launch of projects, ensure project quality and progress, and continuously improve system functionality based on feedback, such as implementing CRM ,PLM, and other projects.
4. Document writing and maintenance: Write technical documents and operation manuals to ensure the standardization of the development process and the inheritability of knowledge.
Education Skill and others
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related majors.
2. More than three years of relevant work experience.
3. Have experience in implementing CRM and PLM systems. Familiar with Power Platform ,SharePoint. Especially development and integration of Power Apps and Power Automate, Power BI. Familiar with ERP system.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with cross-different teams to ensure the implementation of technical solutions. Ability to quickly lean new technologies, willing to accept challenges and changes in the process of digital transformation.
