崗位職責:

Objectives:
? Independently manage small- to medium-sized capital projects. Handle overall management responsibilities related to the engineering, design, construction, commissioning and startup of projects within entire site.
? On larger projects, work as a team member in cooperation with the Project teams on behalf of BPCC M&E.

Main Tasks:
1. EHSS Responsibilities：
Responsible for himself about safety, EHSS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care Codes of the site to ensure compliance and safe activities.
2. Project management：
Responsible for reviewing specification and procedure, cooperating with design institute for design review, cost estimates, targeted schedule, change order review, supporting and coordinating for QA/QC management work, pre-commissioning and commissioning support, punch inspection punch killing and so on, to meet high expectations for safety, quality, timing and cost.
3. Project technical documents：
Responsible for project technical documents management, ensure the DMS system roll out, develop the methodology of electronic documents update, keep project technical documents updated on time.
4. Others：
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by leader.

? Education:本科及以上，化學機械工程/機械/項目管理等相關專業(yè)；
? Working Experience:3-6年左右相關工作經(jīng)驗，石化/化工/工程公司等行業(yè)背景，條件優(yōu)秀可放寬至應屆畢業(yè)生；
? Other requirements:心態(tài)積極，踏實苦干，尋求發(fā)展；
? English: CET4.
