Main Responsibilities 主要職責

Duty includes new machines installation, startup and instruction and acceptance, onsite service of repairing, relocation of existing equipment, customer training; preventive maintenance, Productivity Improvement Programs (PIPs); proactively recommend the necessary spare parts, service and maintenance programs.

工作職責包含新機器的安裝，調試，培訓及驗收， 現(xiàn)有機器的維修，搬移, 客戶培訓, 預防性維護, 生產(chǎn)效率提高(PIPs),備件需求建議，前瞻性的服務項目及維護計劃推薦.

Responsibilities 具體職責

1. Electrician電氣安裝

-Reconnect all wire and cabling by following the Bobst standard. 按標準連接線電纜和控制線路

-Set up equipment and perform all electrical checks.調試機器及電氣檢查

-Machine Standard testing, demonstration , instruction and acceptance機器標準測試，展示及驗收

-Test all functions to ensure specifications are met機器功能測試確保機器符合合同技術規(guī)范.

-Machine configuration reflects customer’s specification.按客戶產(chǎn)品需求進行機器設置

-Operation instruction for operator操作人員操作指導

-Maintenance instruction維護指導

-Simple layout analyze .產(chǎn)品樣張測試

-Standard board analyze標準模板測試

-Complete machine acceptance 完成機器驗收

2.Daily machine Repair and service 日常機器維修服務

-Contact the customer with person in charge to understanding machine situation.聯(lián)系客戶相關負責人了解情況

-Prepare the intervention with necessary documentation, tooling and related information 做好現(xiàn)場工作的必要文件，信息及工 具準備

-Predication problem; troubleshoot.故障判斷和處理

-Repairs machine and/or request to order parts.修理機器及/或建議訂購零件

-Observes machine in production to confirm repair 觀察機器運行狀態(tài)及確認機器修復

3.Preventive Maintenance,inspection and performance improvement 預防性維護，檢查及機器性能提升

-Inspection and evaluation machine.檢查及評估機器狀態(tài)

-List the parts to be repairs in order of urgency 準備緊急情況下的修理清單

-Suggest the service to be applied and parts list to be replaced to recover the machine function fully. 建議服務需求及備件替換來恢復機器所有功能

-Promote the machine upgrade and retrofit to improve machine performance 推薦機器功能升級及改造來提高機器性能及產(chǎn)出 。

-Review meeting with customer to summarize the machine situation and follow up before departure.工作完成離開前召***議總結服務狀態(tài)及后續(xù)跟進。

4.Training Customer客戶培訓

-Operation and process training 工藝操作培訓

-Maintenance training 維修培訓

Education and Experience 教育背景及工作經(jīng)歷

-Collage technical degree or above is preferred. 大專技術學歷及以上優(yōu)先

-Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience, in a similar role, the printing and converting equipment industry is preferred 5年及以上類似技術工作經(jīng)驗印刷和包裝行業(yè)優(yōu)先

- Good English Level with PLC experiences 良好的英文水平及PLC經(jīng)驗

- Biz trip nationwide 60%-70% 接受全國各區(qū)域出差，占比60%-70%
