- In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

- Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance.
- Follow up production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery
- Communicate and coordinate with the customer, sales, engineering, finance, production, QC and service people for the project execution (including payment, engineering, factory acceptance test, goods delivery and commissioning support etc.)
- Clarify the project open issues, evaluate the project risks and manage the project risks.
- Manage variation order, evaluate cost and delivery impact.
- Report the project data and statistic, and provide progress report to the concerned stakeholders
- Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
- Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit
- Ensure quality/continuous performance

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Major in electrical engineering or related.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Ms Project, SAP)
- Customer-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in written and spoken English
