蒂森克虜伯羅特艾德（徐州）環(huán)鍛有限公司有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱XREM）是隸屬蒂森克虜伯集團(tuán)的德國(guó)羅特艾德于2005年在徐州注冊(cè)成立的全資子公司，注冊(cè)資本4474.9萬(wàn)美元，位于徐州經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)螺山路6號(hào)。
蒂森克虜伯集團(tuán)下屬的羅特艾德有限公司（Rothe Erde GmbH）是全球領(lǐng)先的無(wú)縫環(huán)軋件制造商，總部位于德國(guó)多特蒙德，技術(shù)研發(fā)中心設(shè)在利普斯塔特。XREM在此領(lǐng)域的成功基于羅特艾德超過(guò)一百年的鋼鐵產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及先進(jìn)的無(wú)縫環(huán)軋件生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，其中核心設(shè)備由德國(guó)西馬克技術(shù)有限公司（SMS Holding GmbH）生產(chǎn)和安裝。XREM生產(chǎn)的無(wú)縫環(huán)軋件作為結(jié)構(gòu)部件已被廣泛應(yīng)用到風(fēng)力發(fā)電、齒圈、機(jī)械工程、近?？萍肌⒒剞D(zhuǎn)支承、大型閥件、管道和壓力容器。
2009年, 蒂森克虜伯（中國(guó)）有限公司（TKCN）全面控股XREM。 4月，TKCN投資的風(fēng)電用大型鑄鍛件生產(chǎn)線正式啟動(dòng)。作為新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)基地的核心企業(yè)，XREM將擔(dān)負(fù)起中國(guó)清潔能源——風(fēng)電行業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的使命。

thyssenkrupp rothe erde(Xuzhou) Ring Mill Co., Ltd. (XREM) was registered in Xuzhou in 2005 as a wholly foreign owned company by Rothe Erde GmbH of Germany thyssenkrupp and locates in Luoshan Road, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone. The registered capital is 4474.9 million dollars.

Rothe Erde is the worldwide leading manufacturer of non-ferrous metal rings, headquarter is located in Dortmund, and the research & development centre is in Lippstadt, Germany.

The foundation for success in XREM is more than 100 years of experience in steel working from Rothe Erde, and advanced production equipments, the core equipment of which is produced and installed by SMS GmbH. The seamless rolled rings as structure elements are for Wind Power, Gear Rings, and Mechanical engineer, offshore technology, Slewing Bearing, Large Valves, Pipeline, and Tanks.

The project of large rings with wind power invested in full 100% holding by ThyssenKrupp China Co., Ltd. opened on April 2009. As one of the core members of new energy industry base, XREM will shoulder the tasks of developing Chinese Clean Energy Industry-Wind Power.
