**Job Opportunity: General Manager Assistant at Leading International Fashion Trading Company

We are seeking a General Manager Assistant with deep expertise in fabrics, garment pricing, and supplier negotiations to join our team. Note: Only candidates with extensive fast fashion industry experience and fabric. Apparel pricing expertise are considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and key decision-making processes.

· Lead price negotiations with local suppliers and international buyers, ensuring competitive and cost-effective agreements.

· Analyze and break down garment and fabric costs to support accurate pricing and profitability.

· Act as a liaison between foreign clients and local suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and operations.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on trends in fast fashion sourcing and production.

· Manage relationships with suppliers and buyers to maintain high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

· Extensive experience in the fast fashion industry (minimum 5 years), with a strong focus on garment sourcing and manufacturing.

· Proficiency in fabrics and garment pricing structures, including cost breakdowns.

· Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term partnerships with suppliers and clients.

· Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial.

· 負(fù)責(zé)與本地供應(yīng)商和國際買家進(jìn)行價格談判，確保達(dá)成具競爭力和成本效益的協(xié)議。

· 分析并拆解服裝和面料成本，為定價及利潤提供支持。

· 作為外國客戶與本地供應(yīng)商之間的橋梁，確保溝通順暢并促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)高效運(yùn)行。

· 基于快時尚采購和生產(chǎn)趨勢提供洞察和建議。

· 管理供應(yīng)商和買家關(guān)系，確保高質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和按時交付。

任職要求

· 在快時尚行業(yè)擁有豐富經(jīng)驗（至少5年），尤其是在服裝采購和生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域。

· 熟悉面料及服裝定價結(jié)構(gòu)，包括成本分析和拆分。

· 擁有高效談判能力，能與供應(yīng)商和客戶建立長期合作關(guān)系。

· 優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力。

· 出色的組織能力，能夠在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中處理多重任務(wù)。

· 擁有時尚管理、商業(yè)管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位優(yōu)先，但如果經(jīng)驗豐富也可酌情考慮。
