Responsibilities ?Support the General Manager on internal and external communications ?Collaborate and build strong relationships with business units, project teams, corporate communications team, and other key stakeholders ?Prepare communications materials including newsletter, internal communication mail, meeting presentations, scripts, social media content, and other audio/visual/writing assignments if required ?Organize and coordinate corporate events ?Execute ad-hoc communications projects when required Requirements ?Bachelor degree holder with a major in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related discipline ?At least 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations and events management, with at least 5 years of experience in serving C-suites, preferably from sizeable companies ?Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese ?Good interpersonal and communications skills, strong attention to details ?Able to work independently, multi-task and work under pressure ?Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in design tools would be a plus
