Job Description: We are looking for a Customer & Booking operation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for as below.


Key Responsibilities:

* Received booking order by Client and Agents in Overseas

* Contact shipper in China and checking basic information such as cargo status, readiness.

* Contact Booking agent and Shipping liner and checking Sailing Schedule for Booking.

* Issuing B/L after vessel sailing and issue invoice to collect local charges.

* Communicate and report with HQ for booking matter and any inquiries.

* Manage loading performance and report to HQ monthly basis.

* Search for Local vendors for contract (Trucking agent, Customs agency, Depot)


Qualifications:

* Bachelors’ degree

* 2-3 Years experience in logistics and Freight forwarder

* Basic English reading and writing skills.

* Basic knowledge of M/S Office program

* Responsible and sincere person
