Job Description:
The Lab Engineer is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the technical group.

Key Responsibilities:
●Support failure analysis, data generation and prepare formal report for regional customer projects where technical expertise in Delrin business is necessary to show and demonstrate the value of Delrin product offerings.
●Strong sense of safety practice and basic protocols in lab environment.
●Proactively support global projects and initiatives.
●Perform lab test following ISO/ASTM/GB standards.
●Develop and monitor technical documentation and SOPs.
●Demonstrate ability of DOE and data analysis.
●Generate high quality & reliable data and recording lab data. Compiles and interprets the results of trials and experiments and documents.
●Technical writing and documentations and ability to communicate findings to broad diverse audience.

Ideal Profile:
●Educational Background: B. S. /M.S. degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related majors; M.S. degree prefered
●Working experience in testing labs of an institutional or industrial environment is preferred.
●Strong technical skills in lab testing including but not limited to deep understanding of testing standards (ISO, ASTM, GB), familiar with industrial standards by OEMs, hands-on experiences in testing, reading and writing instrument manual/technical reports/lab documentation.
●Initiative and self-motivated.
●Excellent professional records.
●Strong sense in collaboration and teamwork.
●Strong communication skills.
●Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
