Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Marketing IT Support Specialist to join our team at a multinational medical
aesthetics clinic chain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital
infrastructure and driving business success. The role will require close collaboration with teams in
Singapore and Malaysia, with the primary work context focused on supporting our Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and update settings, prices, and item/SKU information across our Eshop, CRM, and POS systems
? Create and maintain AI-powered enquiry handling agents for web landing pages and brand websites
? Collaborate with various teams to understand workflows and integrate system designs, contributing to a more efficient operational process
? Work closely with the Singapore and Malaysia teams to align digital systems with business needs and ensure seamless operations
? Download data across systems, clean and analyze the data to generate business reports and insights

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from reputable universities
? Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, fast learner without the skills can be considered
? Proficiency in PHP and MySQL, with experience managing e-commerce platforms running WordPress and WooCommerce
? Familiarity with PHP and MySQL for handling website UI and backend systems running WordPress
? Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, and data analytics
? Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is an advantage
? Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
