崗位職責(zé)：
1.Responsible for the planning and implementation of information technology products in the finance office, primarily interfacing with the financial informatization needs of the entire university's faculty and staff, the finance office team, and external financial informatization suppliers.
2.Conduct feasibility analysis of informatization solutions based on the needs of the finance office, and promote the design, development, and implementation of the system.
3.Manage the full lifecycle of financial informatization projects, including project initiation preparation, business solution evaluation, system implementation resource coordination, product development, testing, and launch.
4.Maintain close communication with the internal demand side of the finance office, other collaborative departments within the university, and external supplier teams, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the on-time completion and implementation of financial informatization projects.
5.Responsible for understanding and collecting end-user requirements, providing solution documentation, conducting corresponding process improvements, system configuration and integration testing, and continually improving related documentation records.
6.Responsible for system launch application training and promotion, tracking new requirements and system optimization during the application process, identifying areas for improvement in business processes, and implementing optimization through informatization tools.
7.Continuously improve and optimize existing financial informatization processes and system functions, and upgrade the system based on business development needs and user experience.
8.Enhance the data quality of the information system by advancing the standardization of financial data management, integration with surrounding systems, and data interconnectivity.
9.Responsible for the daily maintenance of the financial system, continuous iteration and optimization, actively following up to resolve system issues to ensure stable system operation.
10.Other daily work related to financial process or system optimization.
11.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

4. 與財(cái)務(wù)處內(nèi)部的需求方和學(xué)校其他協(xié)作部門，外部供應(yīng)商團(tuán)隊(duì)保持緊密溝通，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源，保障財(cái)務(wù)信息化項(xiàng)目按期梳理落地。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)理解和收集用戶端需求，提供方案文檔，進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的流程改進(jìn)、系統(tǒng)配置和集成測(cè)試，并持續(xù)改進(jìn)相關(guān)文檔記錄。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)上線應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)及推廣，跟蹤應(yīng)用過程中的新需求和系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化；識(shí)別業(yè)務(wù)流程中的改進(jìn)空間，并通過信息化工具實(shí)現(xiàn)落地優(yōu)化。
7. 持續(xù)改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有財(cái)務(wù)信息化流程與系統(tǒng)功能，根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需求與用戶體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)升級(jí)。
8. 通過推進(jìn)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理，與周邊系統(tǒng)的集成和數(shù)據(jù)打通來提升信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
9. 負(fù)責(zé)財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)日常維護(hù)，持續(xù)迭代和優(yōu)化，積極跟進(jìn)解決系統(tǒng)問題，保障系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
10. 其他財(cái)務(wù)流程或系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化相關(guān)的日常工作。
11. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。
任職要求：
Educational background: Bachelor degree or above
Major: Computer Science, Information Management, or Accounting related majors
Language preference: English CET 6 or above
This position requires an English interview and a written test.

專業(yè)要求：計(jì)算機(jī)，信息管理或者財(cái)會(huì)相關(guān)專業(yè)
語言要求：英語六級(jí)及以上
