Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for establishing a team and daily management of the Research Office.
負責(zé)科研管理處的團隊組建及日常管理工作；
2. Responsible for the development of the research management system and the formulation of research regulations and policies.
負責(zé)科研管理體系的建設(shè)、科研規(guī)章制度的制定；
3. Manage research projects, including organizing project applications, process management, and final acceptance.
統(tǒng)籌科研項目管理工作，包括組織項目申請，過程管理和結(jié)題驗收等工作；
4. Responsible for intellectual property management and technology transfer before the establishment of relevant departments.
在成果轉(zhuǎn)化相關(guān)部門成立前，負責(zé)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理和科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化工作；
5. Responsible for laboratory management before the establishment of relevant departments.
在實驗室相關(guān)部門成立前，負責(zé)實驗室的管理工作；
6. Responsible for the information construction of research management.
負責(zé)科研管理相關(guān)的信息化建設(shè)；
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
