Core Responsibilities:
?Develop ACE, Battery Solution & Energy Storage Segment strategy and marketing plan and contents based on customer needs
?Business development, explore potential business opportunity and drive execution for strategic projects
?Segmentation management optimize data management tools to define business opportunity and plan to address business growth
?KA management, establish and strengthen the relationship with key accounts of the segment/market and provide the spec in plan to fulfill needs and drive business growth
?Develop and manage distributors to support business growth
?Work with frontier sales team to achieve segment sales/growth target
?Optimize communication strategy to fulfill customer needs including communication angle, contents, tools and resource to drive business growth
?Support sales force regarding new technology or strategic projects through deep understanding of product, technology, application/customer process, and selling positioning for targeted customer
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelor’s degree or above.
?At least 10 years of relevant and successful business experience and strong industry knowledge
?Strong communication skill and ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
?Preferably related industrial experience
?Capable of providing clear direction to the teams toward organizational goals
?Demonstrated leadership skills
?Fluent in Mandarin and English
