2、 Quality system management and culture/質(zhì)量體系管理及文化：
a. Establish and maintain the company's quality management system to meet the requirements of laws and regulations, applicable standards (including IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.) and customer's special requirements;
建立并維護公司的質(zhì)量管理體系，確保滿足法律法規(guī)要求、適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（包括IATF16949, VDA6.3等）要求和顧客特殊要求等；
b. Ensure the continuous improvement of the system in terms of suitability, compliance and effectiveness through audit, rectification, tracking and other activities;
通過審核、整改、跟蹤等活動確保系統(tǒng)在適宜性、符合性和有效性方面的持續(xù)改進；
c. Establish and maintain the tracking mechanism of customer complaints and internal quality problems, and ensure the effective operation, so as to reduce the quality loss;

3、 Supplier quality/供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量：
a. Communicate with the quality director of AP suppliers, and participate in the selection and evaluation of new suppliers when necessary;

b. Promote supplier quality improvement by supporting and participating in supplier quality management, including audit, etc;

4、 Continuous improvement/持續(xù)改進：
a. Identify the company's improvement opportunities related to quality and production efficiency, lead and participate in the improvement team, and implement the improvement;

2、 Participate in RCFA of external quality complaints, organize and implement improvement measures.
參加關(guān)于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量方面的外部的抱怨項目原因分析，組織和落實改進措施。
