A. Responsible for production process design, evaluation, implementation and optimization.負責生產過程設計、評估、實施及優(yōu)化

B. Responsible for the development and management of technical documents required for the production process, such as procedures, work instructions, etc.負責生產過程所需技術文件（程序、作業(yè)指導書等）的制定和管理

C. Responsible for new product process validation, tooling production負責新產品工藝驗證、工裝及模具制作

D. Responsible for product engineering changes, quality improvement, efficiency optimization, etc.負責已有產品工程變更、質量提升、效率優(yōu)化等

E.Responsible for proposing, maintaining and verifying the technical requirements of tooling and equipment.負責工裝、設備技術方案要求的提出、維護并驗證

F. Responsible for improving and resolving problems happened in the production process.負責生產過程中發(fā)生的問題的改善與解決

G. Responsible for technical training such as production process training, tooling equipment skills training and so on.負責生產工藝、工裝設備使用等技能培訓

H. To improve the production process,continuously improve the production efficiency.持續(xù)改進制造工藝，不斷提高生產效率，全流程產能提 升管理

I. Work with ME team to meet customerrequirements. 與工藝團隊一起進行新工藝、新技術的開發(fā)及驗證，滿足客戶的要求

J. Participate the Lean project or team, support for the lean project;參與精益改善項目及小組，協(xié)助精益活動的開展與執(zhí)行

所需專業(yè)知識：

1. Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production, IE. 能夠開發(fā)制造生產中使用的標準和專門流程及工具，IE知識。

2. Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). 能夠熟練閱讀藍圖，包括充分了解幾何尺寸和公差（GD&T）。

3. Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including CPI, P/DFMEA, SPC, etc. 能夠理解并應用制造標準和工具，包括 CPI、P/DFMEA、SPC 等。

4. Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and PLC controls. 能夠了解工業(yè)液壓、氣動系統(tǒng)和電氣控制、設備維護知識。

5. Familiar with the creation and modification of PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD, & WI. 熟悉 PFMEA、控制計劃、PFD 和 WI 的創(chuàng)建和修改。

任職要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering,本科以上學歷，工業(yè)工程及工科類專業(yè)。

2. 3-year at least work experiences related on ME, automotive industry as preferred至少3年以上制造技術相關工作經驗, 傾向于汽車行業(yè)。

3. Written and readingskill on English. 英語讀寫能力。
