北京航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)維修有限公司（以下簡稱BAESL）是中國國際航空股份有限公司和羅爾斯-羅伊斯在2022成立的合資企業(yè)，雙方各持股50%。新成立的BAESL逐步為羅?羅公司遄達(dá)700、遄達(dá)XWB-84和遄達(dá)1000發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)提供MRO維修支持，并計(jì)劃到2030年代中期實(shí)現(xiàn)最大產(chǎn)能運(yùn)行，每年可支持250臺(tái)遄達(dá)系列發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)廠維修。該設(shè)施將為國航以及大中華區(qū)及其他地區(qū)的其他航空公司客戶提供MRO服務(wù)。BAESL是羅?羅公司全球維修網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中國大陸第一家、全球第四家遄達(dá)系列合資維修公司，其組建標(biāo)志著國航和羅?羅公司在民用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)售后維修領(lǐng)域的合作邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的一步。此舉將豐富國航維修版塊布局及擴(kuò)大發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)大修能力范圍，有力推動(dòng)國航機(jī)務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展，有效降低高推力發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)營及保障風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提升國航機(jī)隊(duì)營運(yùn)水平，進(jìn)一步保障國航機(jī)隊(duì)的飛行安全。同時(shí)，也將促使國航維修系統(tǒng)與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)原始設(shè)備制造商一起為客戶提供更高水平的具有地域優(yōu)勢(shì)的維修服務(wù)。Beijing Aero Engine Services Co., Ltd.(BAESL) is a 50-50% joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Air China established in 2022. The newly established company will gradually provide MRO maintenance support for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, Trent XWB-84 and Trent 1000 engines, with plans to operate at maximum capacity by the mid-2030s. It can support 250 Trent series engines into the factory for maintenance every year. The facility will offer MRO services to Air China as well as other airline customers based in Greater China and beyond. BAESL is the first joint venture company of Trent series in Chinese Mainland and the fourth in the world for Rolls Royce global maintenance network. The establishment marks a solid step forward in the cooperation between Air China and Rolls-Royce in the field of civil engine after-sales maintenance. This move will enrich the coverage of Air China's maintenance section and expand the scope of engine overhaul capabilities, effectively promote the development of the aircraft maintenance industry, effectively reduce the operation and support risk of high-thrust engines, improve the operation level of Aviation China fleet, and further protect the flight safety of the airlines’ fleet. At the same time, it will also promote Air China maintenance system and engine original equipment manufacturers to provide customers with a higher level of regional advantages of maintenance services.
