General description of the position:

To ensure the error free product launches based on robust designs and stable, capable processes throughout the supply chain. Voice of customer and strive to become the expert in customer systems and customer specific requirements, which will lead to decreasing warranty costs. As an Advanced Quality Engineer for BorgWarner PDS, you will interact with the customer, the product development team, Program Management. Manufacturing team and other relative plant teams to launch new products/programs through BorgWarner and customer required APQP activities. The AQE plans, tracks and executes all quality related activities to fulfil customer requirements.

作為先期質(zhì)量工程師，在日常工作中將與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)、工藝制造團(tuán)隊(duì)以及其他相關(guān)部門一起，根據(jù)客戶的要求在博格華納開展APQP行動。先期質(zhì)量工程師將主要負(fù)責(zé)和質(zhì)量相關(guān)的前期階段的策劃和跟進(jìn)工作，以使得達(dá)到客戶的期望。

? Verify VOC and determine Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters to be tracked and maintained throughout the product development.

? Prepare the quality plan and organize the relevant
quality & problem prevention activities, also including coach of quality tools.

制定質(zhì)量計(jì)劃并組織相關(guān)的質(zhì)量和問題預(yù)防活動，還包括質(zhì)量工具的指導(dǎo)。

? Utilize quality tools and take the lead on closing the loop between Lesson Learned/quality history, D/P-PMEA, DVP&R and Control Plan.

利用質(zhì)量工具，率先在經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)/質(zhì)量歷史記錄、D/P-PMEA、DVP&R 和控制計(jì)劃之間形成閉環(huán)。

? Participate in program management stage gate reviews and engage work groups (e.g. FMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure the appropriate quality input.

? Support to evaluate design concept and participate in design review to meet quality objectives. Also co-sign design review document.

? Using statistical techniques to create test plans for reliability testing.

? Drive and support DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) activities in programs to improve design robustness and reliability of products.

在項(xiàng)目中推動和支持DFSS（六西格瑪設(shè)計(jì)）活動，以提高產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)穩(wěn)健性和可靠性。

? Assure prototype/OTS/PPAP sample quality delivered to customer.

? Implement Lessons Learned/Warranty fixes to products under development (DFMEA).

把經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)和售后反饋的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)導(dǎo)入到新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段，尤其是在DFMEA的時候。

? Lead PPAP to customer.

組織公司內(nèi)部PPAP文件匯總，評審并遞交給客戶。

? Lead MSA for new project and support to gauge/test fixture requirement plan.

組織對新產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的量檢具的MSA活動。

2. Main tasks and responsibilities outside of Programs:

? Establish, optimize, and maintain the communication process for DFSS.

? Specify and maintain relative procedures.

? Support to budget planning about quality control tools/gauges based on new product/program requirement.

? Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.

Job requirements:

任職要求

? Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上學(xué)歷

? Major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area.

機(jī)械、材料、自動化工業(yè)工程或汽車相關(guān)專業(yè)

? Work Experience 3 years or above relative job experience

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

? Be familiar to quality management system and key tools such as APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D.

? Know the basic rule of DFM/DFA, QFD, DoE, FMEA, DVP&R, SPC, Reliability, CQI11/15/23 etc.

? 6 sigma green belt or black belt will be preferred.
