QMS汽車行業(yè)質量管理體系
Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures, ensure the contents are compliant to statutory and regulatory requirements, and appropriate for business;

- Coordinate and review of Quality procedures associated with process owners;

- Analyze the needs of the procedures for future business;

- Plan, organize and conduct internal audits periodically;

- Host external Quality System audits;

- Collect, consolidate and monthly report KPIs to the management team;

- Collect data for management review periodically.

- Follow up nonconformities initiated from internal or external audits until preventive or corrective actions are closed.

- organize and deliver quality management training or other related activities to enhance the quality management awareness among the team.

- Act as DCC (document control center) for ISO9001, IATF16949, and TSG07 QMS required documents.

- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or with any relevant background.

- At least 5 years as QMS engineer, over 8 years total experience in Quality.

- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949; understanding of ISO 45001 as well as VDA 6.3 process review would be a plus;

- Internal auditor of ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016;

- Understanding of engineering drawing and manufacturing processes would be a plus;

- Preferably knowledge on quality tools:

- Fluent in English reading and writing;
