崗位職責(zé)：
Job Responsibilities
1、教授3到12歲兒童繪本分級(jí)閱讀。
Teach 3 to 12 years old children
2、教學(xué)，培訓(xùn)及教研活動(dòng)
Teaching, training and research activity
3、配合學(xué)校的市場(chǎng)等其他活動(dòng)
Coordinates the market and other activities
4、與家長(zhǎng)溝通學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)情況，做好家?；?dòng)
Communicate with parents about the student study situation, do home school interaction
5、對(duì)學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)，解決學(xué)員在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中的疑難，并提供專業(yè)的咨詢和學(xué)習(xí)建議
Be responsible for the results of students learning, to solve the difficulties in learning English , and provide professional consulting and study suggest
任職要求：
Job Requirements
1、具有統(tǒng)招本科（含）以上學(xué)歷，
Bachelor degree and above, major in English
2、英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)功底扎實(shí)，口語(yǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、流利
High English level, fluent oral English
3、對(duì)中西方教學(xué)體系和教學(xué)方法的差異有所認(rèn)識(shí)
Understand the difference between Chinese and western teaching system and teaching methods
4、開(kāi)朗熱情，富有愛(ài)心，熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)
Bright enthusiasm, full of love, love the education career
5、有相關(guān)英文教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Have related English teaching experience will be preferred
