Performance Expectations

· Responsible for checking and system entry of all materials in and out of the warehouse

·Responsible for good communication for all the documents and information in the warehouse department

·Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of the system and physical materials

·Maintain adequate levels of inventory required by the plant and follow prescribed procedures to replenish stock. Take the initiative to find the abnormal inventory, and timely warning to the management

·Warehouse document collection, registration and filing

·Responsible for all inventory to ensure the accuracy of storage location and constantly improve, so that to find timely

·Continuously improve all areas of operations: safety, quality and productivity

·Responsible for inventory and accounting adjustment

·Track and review the 5S in the area of management, keep it clean

·Follow company procedure and standard and careful

Credentials

·College degree or above

·大專及以上學歷

Desired Characteristics

·Required 2 years warehouse work experience and inventory count ability

·Basic knowledge of maintenance spare parts & related experiences will be a plus

·Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement

·Required responsibility, execution, communication skills, learning ability and team cooperation ability

·Experience with MS Office and network
