崗位職責(zé)：

1. To make renovation program and provide full technical solutions to meeting the needs of customers in lithium battery or new energy industries.

針對(duì)鋰電池新能源行業(yè)的客戶需求，擬訂機(jī)械設(shè)備、機(jī)械流水線方安更新改造規(guī)劃，并提供完整的技術(shù)解決方案；

2. To be responsible of design, processing and installation of mechanical devices and components, after-sales technical support, and provide detailed drawings of construction and processing, and professional technical guidance.

負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目工程中機(jī)械裝置、部件、零件的設(shè)計(jì)、加工、實(shí)施和售后服務(wù)，為配合安裝人員提供詳細(xì)的施工或加工圖紙及技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；

3. To report project progress to line manager in a timely manner.

及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度狀況；

4. To do with other work relevant to new production line development.

其它與新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容；

We are looking for the candidates with work experience and capabilities below：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above of mechanical design and manufacturing, mechanical engineering or relevant.

教育水平：機(jī)械制造、機(jī)械工程、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；

2. Fluent English，CET 6 or above is preferred.

英語(yǔ)流利，英語(yǔ)六級(jí)或以上優(yōu)先；

3. trainings on project management.

培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷： 項(xiàng)目管理等相關(guān)培訓(xùn)；

4. At least three-year work experience in development, design, installation and commissioning of production line of non-standard automation assembly industry, especially in manufacturing industry of lithium battery, new energy, 3C or automobile.

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)： 3年以上非標(biāo)行業(yè)設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉鋰電、新能源、3C，或汽車行業(yè)非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化裝配設(shè)備的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、安裝和售后等。

5. Have the ability to settle mechanical problem independently, and good mechanical mapping and installation skills. Be capable of doing complete design of general mechanical assembly and component drawings with solid knowledge of mechanism design theory and Solidwork. Have the knowledge of the basic theories, structures, properties, technical parameters, installation and commissioning of the mechanical devices and equipment in common use. Have good knowledge on design standards and specification of various kinds of common mechanical components and parts, including the standards, the non-standards, the generals, and the pneumatics. Have some knowledge of various kinds of mechanical processing technology on metal cutting, cast, platemetal, welding, punching, and surface treatment.

技能與能力：能獨(dú)立解決機(jī)械技術(shù)問(wèn)題，并有較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手操作能力及良好的機(jī)械測(cè)繪、裝配能力； 熟悉機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)原理，能獨(dú)立完成一般的機(jī)械總裝圖或部件圖設(shè)計(jì)；熟悉常用機(jī)械裝置的基本原理、結(jié)構(gòu)、性能、技術(shù)參數(shù)、安裝調(diào)試方法；熟悉各種機(jī)械零件、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件、非標(biāo)件、通用件、氣動(dòng)元件的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范；熟悉各種金屬切削、鑄造、板金、焊接、沖壓、表面處理等機(jī)械加工工藝。具有扎實(shí)的機(jī)械理論基礎(chǔ)和豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

6. Be good at communication and a good team player with proactivity and quick thinking. Business trips are also required.
