1. Program Support:
? Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrichment program that includes activities from the PE, Performing Arts, Art departments, Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Program, ECAs, and other academic faculties.
? Help evaluate and assess the effectiveness of these enrichment programs and suggest necessary adjustments.
2.ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) Management:
? Oversee the administration and implementation of ECAs, ensuring a diverse and engaging range of activities are available to meet the interests and needs of students.
? Collaborate with ECA staff and volunteers to support the smooth operation of programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and resource allocation.
? Engage with students, parents, and staff to gather feedback on ECAs and work with the Deputy Head to make improvements where necessary.
? Promote student participation in ECAs and work to ensure every student has the opportunity to engage in enriching, extra-curricular activities.
Administrative Duties:
? Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence related to enrichment programs and ECAs.
? Maintain up-to-date records of student participation and program outcomes.
3. Student and Staff Support:
? Assist in identifying students who may benefit from enrichment programs, including ECAs, and provide support to ensure their participation.
? Support enrichment and ECA staff, providing assistance and resources as needed.
4.Communication and Outreach:
? Help promote enrichment programs, including ECAs, through newsletters, social media, and school events.
? Assist in engaging with parents, guardians, and the community to build awareness and support for enrichment activities and ECAs.
5.Resource Management:
? Support the Deputy Head in managing the enrichment program and ECA budget and resources.
? Assist in seeking and securing new partnerships to enhance enrichment activities and ECAs.
? Communicate with vendors to procure necessary materials and services for enrichment programs and ECAs.

12.Data and Reporting:
? Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of enrichment programs, including ECAs.
? Help prepare reports for school leadership and stakeholders using collected data and feedback.
13.Summer Camp and Holiday Program Support:
? Assist in planning and implementing summer camp programs and other holiday enrichment activities.
? Provide support during these programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
15.Extension Responsibilities:
Curriculum Integration:
? Work with academic faculty to integrate enrichment and ECA activities into the standard curriculum.
? Develop interdisciplinary projects that connect enrichment programs, including ECAs, with core academic subjects.
16.Student Leadership:
? Foster leadership skills among students by providing opportunities for them to lead and organize enrichment activities and ECAs.
? Mentor students in developing their own enrichment projects and initiatives.
17.Community Engagement:
? Coordinate with community organizations to bring in guest speakers, experts, and volunteers for enrichment activities and ECAs.
? Organize community service projects and partnerships that align with the goals of the enrichment and ECA programs.
任職要求:
? A Bachelor's degree or above (a business or administration degree would be a plus);
? Demonstrated success in managing and building a cross-cultural teaching and administration team;
? Knowledge of and experience in school marketing;
? Excellent written and spoken English skills required (written and spoken Mandarin is a plus).
