職位描述

工業(yè)建筑一級建造師
崗位職責(zé)：
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)工程項目進(jìn)場前的資源配置工作和入場后的施工現(xiàn)場管協(xié)調(diào)管理工作。
2、全面主持項目部工作，組織本項目策劃書編制并實施，擬訂執(zhí)行部門工作計劃。
3、做好設(shè)備廠家、分包管理等的協(xié)調(diào)工作，及時解決施工過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，確保施工項目管理目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。
4、確保工程質(zhì)量、安全、成本、工期、利潤、管理費等目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。
5、依照圖紙施工完成風(fēng)電塔筒安裝、土建工程建設(shè)、升壓站施工建設(shè)。
6、為工程結(jié)算首要責(zé)任人，并負(fù)責(zé)工程決算事宜，組織編寫項目竣工總結(jié)。
7、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事宜。
任職要求：
1、工程類本科及以上學(xué)歷，動力工程、電氣工程、冶金、化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2、對于EPC總承包項目，應(yīng)具有注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。
3、具有兩個及以上風(fēng)力發(fā)電項目的管理經(jīng)驗，能從全局掌控成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全環(huán)境。
4、具有較強(qiáng)的組織管理、協(xié)調(diào)溝通、交際公關(guān)、應(yīng)變指揮、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策能力，能正確處理和協(xié)調(diào)項目部內(nèi)外相關(guān)方之間的關(guān)系。
5、具有工程總承包項目管理、專業(yè)技術(shù)、等全面的知識結(jié)構(gòu)。
6、具有健康的體魄、良好的職業(yè)道德和較高的綜合素質(zhì)，高度認(rèn)同公司企業(yè)文化和嚴(yán)格遵守公司各項規(guī)章制度。
