資格要求

-電氣工程與自動(dòng)化專業(yè)；
-3年以上售后服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
-良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力；
-優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和良好的品德等。

-Majored in Electrical Engineering/Automation
-Over 3 years working experience in Field Service
-Fluent English, orally and in writing
-Excellent team work spirit and good character etc.
崗位職責(zé)
-設(shè)備的安裝和調(diào)試；
-現(xiàn)場對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行操作培訓(xùn)；
-現(xiàn)場對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和維護(hù)；
-收集并報(bào)告問題解決方法；
-及時(shí)收集客戶的反饋信息；
-其他直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的相關(guān)任務(wù)。
-Installation and commissioning of machines.
-Customer training on site.
-Testing and Repairing machines on site.
-Collecting and reporting solutions of problems.
-Collecting feedback from customers (questionnaire)
-Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
