Key areas of responsibility 主要工作職責(zé):

Support SAP/MES working for IT and automation working package in FFEx project: ? Analysis business requirements and reflect to SAP EWM systems during the project phase ? Support PS IT and local EWM process on EWM roll out activities and future troubleshooting. ? SAP relevant Computer Systems Validation, including URS, Design, Qualification and so on. ? Manage SAP relevant tasks deliverable. ? Coordinate and support the project team, including external stakeholders and internal stakeholders.

Main job tasks 主要工作任務(wù):

? Analysis business requirements and reflect to SAP systems during the project phase:

o Overall support the realization of new warehouse introduction and launch in SAP EWM solution. o Analyze warehouse process requirements and contribute to the SAP EWM solution design to meet the requirements. o Contribute to the overall intralogistics process and overall IT solution design according to SAP EWM solution capacity. o Ensure enough risk assessment and mitigation to the SAP EWM solution design.

? Support PS IT and local EWM process on EWM roll out activities and future troubleshooting.

o Contribute to design workshop and coordinate PS IT and local EWM process to realize the SAP solution o Support PS IT activities about EWM system setup o Support local activities about EWM system setup o Responsible to EWM local equipment qualification activities

? SAP EWM relevant Computer Systems Validation, including URS, Design, Qualification and so on.

o Responsible to validation activity during project phase complying with GxP regulations and internal procedure, including URS, DQ and IQ. o Develop validation documents and ensue the high quality of the IT solution. o Support and cooperate with process owner and other stakeholders to conduct the relevant validation activities. Troubleshooting for the incidents during these test and qualification. o Develop, maintain and update the relevant SOPs about SAP EWM solution.

? Manage SAP EWM relevant deliverable.

o Plan SAP/MES relevant project activities, timeline and cost. o Contribute IT and automation relevant project activities plan to overall project plan, including scope, timeline and cost. o Control the project activities deliverable to meet overall project plan.

? Coordinate and support the project teams, including internal and external stakeholders:

o Contribute to project team on overall project plan, schedule and cost. o Coordinate with different IT teams and projects teams, such as PS IT, project managers, production support and so on. o Contribute to validation activities that required by EWM Project Manager.

? Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineer or other IT relevant ? SAP or MES relevant certification ? MCSE, PMP, GAMP5, ITIL certification
