1. 協(xié)助行政崗位招聘工作,包括篩選簡歷、組織面試和筆試、聯(lián)系候選人等;
Assist in administrative position recruitment, including screening resumes, organizing interviews and written tests, contacting candidates, etc.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)員工培訓(xùn)工作,包括培訓(xùn)方案和預(yù)算的制定,培訓(xùn)活動的組織,培訓(xùn)有效性評估等工作;
Responsible for trainings, formulate the training plans and budgets, organize the training activities, evaluate the feasibility and etc;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)員工活動的安排和組織;
Organize staff events,
4. 協(xié)助人力資源管理制度、公文/報告/方案的中英文撰寫;
Assist to draft the policies, official documents, reports, and initiatives of HR in both English and Chinese;
5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理等相關(guān)專業(yè);
1. Bachelor degree or above, human resource management or related major;
2、5年以上招聘工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、具備高校招聘或是獵頭經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
2. More than 5 years of recruitment work experience, worked in University or headhunter is preferred;
3、掌握常用的面試方法和人力資源相關(guān)知識,熟悉國家和地方的相關(guān)勞動法律法規(guī);
3. Be familiar with interview methods and human resources knowledges, the national and local labor laws and regulations;
4、優(yōu)秀的中、英文書寫及口語能力;
4. Good command of English and Chinese and oral skills;
5、良好的溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、抗壓能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識。
5. Good interpersonal skills, learning and anti-stress abilities, and team spirit.
