-BS
in Engineering or Business.

-Minimum
8 years working experience in high volume electronics manufacturing
environment preferably semiconductor assembly environment.

-Minimum
of 4 years’ experience in management and preferred with experience in technical
leadership of engineering staff.

-In depth knowledge of the
sub-con semiconductor industry.
