主要職責(zé):
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、負(fù)責(zé)在北京區(qū)域內(nèi)生命科學(xué)儀器銷售工作,完成年度銷售指標(biāo)及銷售回款;
Responsible for the sales of life science instruments within the designated sales area, achieving annual sales targets and sales receipts;
2、管理及維護(hù)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶及合作伙伴,開拓和維護(hù)市場(chǎng),負(fù)責(zé)代理商等渠道管理,建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系;
Responsible for managing and maintaining customers and partners within the region, exploring and maintaining markets, managing agents and other channels, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships;
3、收集、整理、反饋區(qū)域市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)及分析報(bào)告,并對(duì)公司提出有價(jià)值的改善方案,對(duì)公司的新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)提供市場(chǎng)支持,提出銷售策略;
Collect, organize, and provide feedback on regional market data and analysis reports, and propose valuable improvement plans for the company. Provide market support for the company's new project development, and propose sales strategies;
4、制定精確的季度和年度銷售預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)告;
Prepare sales forecast report both quarterly and yearly with high accuracy.
5、與重要客戶開展并維持良好關(guān)系;
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers;
6、推動(dòng)并促成新的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)和引薦;
Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references;
7、通過積極銷售和制定戰(zhàn)術(shù)計(jì)劃增加銷售額;
Increase sales by actively selling and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues;
8、建立、維護(hù)所轄區(qū)域的客戶關(guān)系,進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,提供解決方案,對(duì)潛在的客戶進(jìn)行定期跟蹤,提交銷售進(jìn)度報(bào)告;
Establish and maintain customer relationships within the jurisdiction, conduct business negotiations, provide solutions, regularly track potential customers, and submit sales progress reports;
9、完成轄區(qū)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)及市場(chǎng)信息收集,定期或不定期的向公司匯報(bào)市場(chǎng)情況,及時(shí)反饋各種相關(guān)信息。
Complete market promotion activities and collect market information within the jurisdiction, regularly or irregularly report market conditions to the company, and provide timely feedback on various relevant information.
教育/經(jīng)歷:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1、要求具有科學(xué)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域(化學(xué)、生物學(xué)、制藥、醫(yī)學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科)本科及以上學(xué)歷(理學(xué)學(xué)士/文學(xué)學(xué)士);
Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or up in a scientific discipline (Chemical, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Medical & related subject) required.
2、至少有3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
At least 3+ years related relevant experience;
3、能熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件(word,excel,PowerPoint等);
Be proficient in computer software (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
4、能夠在壓力下以及要求高效率的環(huán)境中工作;
Be able to work under pressure and in a high efficient environment;
5、良好的演講、人際互動(dòng)和談判技能;
Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
6、與客戶建立、維持并培養(yǎng)長(zhǎng)期良好關(guān)系的能力;
The ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers;
7、在化學(xué)、生命科學(xué)和制藥領(lǐng)域保持有成功銷售的良好記錄;
Good track record of successful sales experience in Chemical, life-science &Pharmaceutical market;
8、態(tài)度積極、敢于承擔(dān)責(zé)任,富有工作激情、接受出差。
Positive attitude, willing to take responsibility, passionate on work, and accepting business trips.
