* Main Responsibilities

· Promote sales of Automotive OEM & Industrial Tapered Roller Bearing parts to Tier1s & Car Makers across China.

· Obtaine new key accounts and increase sales.

· Create and execute a sales plan that achieve the sales forecast.

· Perform a sales palnning and sales analysis.

· Manage and execute processes to maintain pricing, margins and customer payments.

· Collaborate with sales teams in H.Q to understand customer requirements and provide sales support if required.

· Secure and reneworders and arrange delivery.

* Job Requirements (Qualifications,Skills, Experience, Competencies)

· Must have at least 5years sales experience dealing with Automotive OEM & Industrial Tapered Roller Bearing parts.

· Must have proven sales track records in the same field.

· Strong interpersonal skills are required for both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.

· Problem Solving Skills : Should be able to listen to the customer’s desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions, possibly including customizing a product.

· Self-confidence : Should be confident and persuasive when making sales presentations.

· No restrictions for the domestic in China and overseas travels.

· Good communication skill is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Able to speak Korean is preferred.

· An ideal candidate should have a global mind-set, be creative, be proactive and adaptable to multi-cultural environments.

A candidate who have acknowlage of TBM(Turnal boring machine), T&T(Truck and trailer), SWG(Strain wave gear) items and are capable of finding new customers with relationship.
