1. Focus on primary offer drawings preparation in bidding stage

4. Technical communication with customer

7. Customer relationship maintenance

1. Above 3 years GIS primary design or technical solution experience in GIS
2. Independent GIS primary design for all voltage level GIS
3. Ability to work well with multi-cultural project teams and customers
4. Bachelor and above
5. English CET Band 4 or above/ Validated English skills
