外貿(mào)采購英語家俱外貿(mào)采購

作為挪威公司駐中國辦事處采購部主管,您將負責全面管理和優(yōu)化采購流程,確保所有項目按時、高質(zhì)量及優(yōu)勢價格地交付給挪威總部。您需要具備出色的領導能力和團隊協(xié)作能力,能夠帶領團隊高效地完成各項采購任務,同時不斷優(yōu)化工作流程,降低成本,提高采購效率。


As the sourcing supervisor in Norway Orient Holding As
Zhongshan office, you will be in charge of total management and optimize the
sourcing procedure, make sure all projects could be delivered to Norway HQ in
time, good quality and competitive price. You should be excellent leadership
and team work capability, and lead the team to achieve the sourcing task
efficiently, and can keeping improve the working procedure, reduce cost and
high efficiency.



主要職責:


Major responsibility:



1.
項目采購與生產(chǎn)管理:負責業(yè)務組所有項目的采購、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和出貨流程,確保項目能夠準時、準確地交付給挪威總部


Project sourcing and progress management : Be
responsible of all projects of sourcing team, including sourcing, development ,
production following and logistic following, make sure the project and delivery
to Norway customer in item, good quality and competitive price.



2.
供應商開發(fā)與管理:帶領團隊進行新供應商的開發(fā)、評估、選擇和管理,建立穩(wěn)定、高效的供應鏈體系


Supplier development and management: Lead the team
member or the new supplier sourcing, development, evaluation, picking, and
management, establish stable and high efficiency supply chain.



3.
訂單項目時間管理:負責所有訂單項目的時間管理和進度管理,確保項目按計劃順利推進


Order project timeline management: Be responsible of
all order and project timeline set up and follow up, make sure the project
handling as plan smoothly.



4.
報價與成本分析:協(xié)助團隊進行供應商的報價比較、評估和成本分析,協(xié)助進行價格談判,確保采購成本控制在合理范圍內(nèi)


Quotation and cost breakdown: support team member for
the quotation comparison , price evaluation, cost breakdown and price
negotiation, make sure the purchasing price is reasonable



5.
合同條款談判:協(xié)助團隊成員與供應商進行合同條款的談判,確保合同條款符合公司利益和法律要求


Contract negotiation: support team member for contract negotiation
with supplier, make sure the contract terms are fulfill the company benefit and
law request.



6.
溝通協(xié)調(diào):協(xié)調(diào)團隊內(nèi)部、公司跨部門之間的溝通,以及與工廠和挪威總部的溝通,確保信息傳遞的準確性和及時性。


Coordinate the
communication: Coordinate the communication between team member, and cross
departments communication , and the communication between supplier and Norway
HQ/customer.

7.
流程監(jiān)督與匯報:監(jiān)督團隊成員按流程執(zhí)行日常工作,確保采購流程的規(guī)范性和有效性;定期向辦公室經(jīng)理匯報工作進展和成果


Procedure monitor and report: Monitor the daily working
procedure ,make sure the sourcing procedure is followed up efficiently , report
to office manager for the project status and result



8.
工作流程優(yōu)化:負責優(yōu)化采購工作流程,提高工作效率和質(zhì)量;定期向辦公室經(jīng)理提出改進建議


Working procedure optimization : Be responsible of
optimizing the sourcing procedure, improve the working efficiency and quality,
report to office manager for the improvement suggestions.


9.
團隊管理與培訓:負責團隊成員的工作分配和培訓計劃制定,調(diào)整資源匹配工作任務,提高團隊成員的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和工作能力


Team management and training: Be responsible for the
task allocation to team members, adjust the resource to match the task target,
keep training the team member, improve the team member’s professional working
and capability.


10.
跨部門合作:與公司技術質(zhì)量部、物流組等部門緊密合作,確保采購項目的順利進行和交付


Cross teams cooperation : Work with others teams
including technical /quality team, logistic team etc. closely, make sure the
sourcing projects delivery to Norway in time.


11.
費用預算控制:配合公司的費用預算要求,監(jiān)督本部門的費用成本,確保采購成本控制在預算范圍內(nèi);定期向辦公室經(jīng)理匯報費用成本情況


Budge and Expense control:
match the budget to manage and monitor the sourcing activity expense of
sourcing team,make sure the sourcing cost is within the budget, report to
office manager the expense situation and request

Skill技能知識:

1.英語聽說讀寫流利. Good English in speaking and writing


2.具備供應商開拓、談判與管理能力 Have ability of supplier exploiting,
negotiating and managing


3.具備人員管理與獨立解決問題的能力Have ability of managing people &
problem solving.


4.熟悉辦公室軟件及電腦操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft
Office application.


5.有廚具,電子,五金,家俱,塑膠制品,燈具,酒店用品等產(chǎn)品采購經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。have sourcing experience on
kitchen, garments, electronic products, hardware, furniture, lamp, hotel
equipments etc. products are preferred

崗位經(jīng)驗:
六年以上國內(nèi)外采購或進出口貿(mào)易經(jīng)驗,有人員管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先At least 6 years’ working experience in domestic and international purchasing or import and export trading, have experience on managing people is preferred
行業(yè)經(jīng)驗:
專業(yè)不限,國際貿(mào)易、商務英語等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先
International Business and English major preferred, but not limited to
