景觀方案主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師

職位描述:

帶領(lǐng)團隊，負責(zé)設(shè)計過程中進度、質(zhì)量、成本的跟蹤管理與掌握；

任職要求:

1. 專業(yè)要求：風(fēng)景園林、建筑學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃、環(huán)境藝術(shù)等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，5年以上景觀設(shè)計經(jīng)驗；

2. 學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷，碩士及海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先，有良好的英文聽說讀寫能力；

3. 專業(yè)技能：

1) 能夠熟練使用設(shè)計相關(guān)軟件；

2) 優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計能力和手繪表達能力；具備較強的擴初設(shè)計能力；

4. 通用技能：

1) 具備較強的責(zé)任感、富有創(chuàng)意，熱愛并專注設(shè)計，良好的團隊合作精神；

2) 有較強的組織與協(xié)調(diào)能力，有較強的審美能力；

Project Manager / Chief Landscape Architect

Position Description:

Lead the team and be responsible for the management of schedule, quality and cost in the design process;

Position Requirements:

1. Professional requirements: Graduated from landscape architecture, architecture, urban planning, environmental art and other related majors, with more than 5 years of experience in landscape design;

2. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, master degree and overseas study background are preferred, with good English listening, speaking, reading, writing and writing skills;

3. Professional skills:

1) Able to use the software of design;

2) Have the excellent skills of the design and hand-drawn expression; and also have the strong ability of preliminary design;

4. General skills:

1) Excellent communication and expression skills, have a strong sense of responsibility, be creative, love and focus on design, have teamwork spirit,

2) Good professional ethics, physical and mental health.

上班時間：

1、朝九晚六，周末雙休，法定節(jié)假日正常休；

2、中午規(guī)定12:00-13:30吃飯+休息，一般可休息至14:00。
