Job Description
- Follow up all customer orders: Manage and follow up order process/ Make production plan /Take all necessary actions to fulfil confirmed delivery date to meet customer requirement;
- 跟蹤所有客戶銷售訂單:管理并跟蹤訂單的流程 / 制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃 / 采取各種必要的行動,保證確認(rèn)的交貨期來滿足客戶的需求;
- Check and push material: Daily check of missing material and follow up together with the purchaser to ensure all material can be available before production start date;
- 查看并推動材料情況:每日檢查缺件明細(xì),跟蹤采購工程師確保所有材料在生產(chǎn)開始日期前全部可用;
- Coordinate and control the whole process related to the order services which include e.g. customer witness test, customer on site order status audit to ensure smooth order process;
- 協(xié)調(diào)并控制整個與訂單服務(wù)相關(guān)的過程,包括:例如客戶的見證實(shí)驗(yàn),客戶訂單的現(xiàn)場審查等,
- Be responsible for inventory for WIP: Confirm the optimum order delivery date to minimize WIP inventory;
- 負(fù)責(zé)WIP庫存:在保證訂單交貨期的前提下最小、優(yōu)化WIP庫存;
- Monthly make forecast to make material plan and help production department to analyze production capacity
- 每月制作 材料計(jì)劃并協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能分析
- Other works assigned by the supervisor
- 上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, major in business or related education, having machining and assembly experience is better;
學(xué)士學(xué)位,機(jī)械或商務(wù)本科學(xué)歷及相關(guān)學(xué)歷,有機(jī)械和制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)更好;
- More than 2 years working experience in order processing or manufacture administration;
2年及以上訂單管理或者制作管理方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
- Well skilled in computer application e.g. Excel, SAP knowledge is better;
熟練使用電腦辦公軟件,例如:excel,有SAP知識的更好;
- Product technique knowledge;
生產(chǎn)技術(shù)方面的知識
- Good English communicating skills in both speaking and writing;
良好的英語讀寫等溝通能力;
- Knowledge of international trade
國內(nèi)商務(wù)的知識
- Good planning and execution ability, strong data analysis ability, coordination ability and pressure resistance ability
良好的規(guī)劃執(zhí)行能力,較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,抗壓能力
