崗位職責(zé):
1、帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)潛在的新經(jīng)銷商,洽談業(yè)務(wù)條款,完成銷售任務(wù);Lead the sales team in developing potential new distributors, negotiating business terms, and completing sales tasks;
2、招聘并組建銷售團(tuán)隊(duì),制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并對(duì)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn);Recruit and build the sales team, make the training plan, and conduct it to sales team;
3、組織銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)參加當(dāng)?shù)卣箷?huì);Organize the sales team to attend local exhibitions;
4、與中國(guó)總部溝通,明確銷售任務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃;Communicate with the head office in China to clarify sales tasks and financial plans;
5、分析市場(chǎng)和產(chǎn)品趨勢(shì),尤其是價(jià)格趨勢(shì),以制定和調(diào)整銷售計(jì)劃;Analyze market and product trends, especially price trends, for making and adjusting sales plans;
6、運(yùn)營(yíng)當(dāng)?shù)鼐W(wǎng)站和社交媒體,特別是提高曝光度,吸引更多關(guān)注;Operate the local website and social media, especially increase the exposure and absorb more attention。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,工商管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè);Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, etc;
2、2年以上市場(chǎng)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);More than 2 years of experience in market management。
