崗位職責(zé)：
Job responsibilities:
1、根據(jù)公司提供的客戶資源，通過電話、面銷解決客戶需求并達(dá)成簽約；
According to the customer resources provided by the company, through telephone, face-to-face sales to solve customer needs and reach contracts;
2、分析學(xué)生需求和學(xué)習(xí)意向，及時提供課程規(guī)劃的專業(yè)咨詢；
Analyze students' needs and learning intentions, and provide professional consultation on course planning in time;
3、跟進(jìn)學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度，與家長保持良好互動，提升學(xué)員滿意度；
Follow up students' learning progress, maintain good interaction with parents, and improve students' satisfaction;
4、參加校區(qū)及長春瑞思總部的專業(yè)銷售培訓(xùn)，帶薪學(xué)習(xí)知識并分享團(tuán)隊，提升自己的工作專業(yè)度；
Participated in the professional sales training of the campus and Changchun Rise headquarters, learned knowledge with pay and shared the team to improve my professional degree;
任職要求：
Job requirements:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，當(dāng)然也不會拒絕優(yōu)秀的你~
