崗位職責：
Job responsibilities:
1.全英文教授3至12歲學(xué)生英語，鼓勵學(xué)員積極參與課堂互動教學(xué)內(nèi)容；
Teaching English to students aged 3 to 12, encouraging students to actively participate in classroom interactive teaching content;
2.負責學(xué)員簽到以及課堂記錄表的管理，在課前，課間，課后陪伴學(xué)生，確保學(xué)生在校安全；
Responsible for the management of student registration and class records, accompanying students before, during and after class to ensure students' safety at school;
3.與家長以及學(xué)員保持密切的溝通，追蹤教學(xué)質(zhì)量，保障教學(xué)結(jié)果；
Keep close communication with parents and students, track teaching quality and guarantee teaching results;
4.定期向家長反饋學(xué)員在校學(xué)習(xí)情況及教學(xué)成果；
Feedback students' learning and teaching results to parents regularly;
5.跟進并處理家長的意見及建議等，與家長保持良好的關(guān)系并開發(fā)學(xué)生資源；
Follow up and deal with parents' comments and suggestions, maintain a good relationship with parents and develop student resources;
6.積極參與學(xué)校和部門組織的各種培訓(xùn)、教研等活動；
Actively participate in various training, teaching and research activities organized by schools and departments;
職位要求：
Job requirements:
1.授課風格活潑友好，具有感染力、親和力、展現(xiàn)力；
Teaching style is lively and friendly, with appeal, affinity and display;
2.年齡20-30歲，形象佳，本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語相關(guān)專業(yè)，持有英語科目教師資格證，CET4級及以上；出國留學(xué)者可放寬專業(yè)
Age 20-30 years old, good image, bachelor's degree or above, English related major, holding English subject teacher qualification certificate, CET4 or above; Overseas students can relax their majors；
3.有3-8歲少兒英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
Experience in teaching English to children aged 3-8 years is preferred;
4.英語口語和書寫流利，發(fā)音標準；
Fluent in spoken and written English with standard pronunciation;
5.喜歡和孩子在一起，用自己的知識、能力和愛心，去教育孩子；
Like to be with children, with their own knowledge, ability and love, to educate children;
