3、 撰寫高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品需求文檔并高效協(xié)調(diào)跨職能團隊,包括設(shè)計、研發(fā)、測試、運營等,確保產(chǎn)品按時、高質(zhì)量交付。
4、 監(jiān)控分析產(chǎn)品運營數(shù)據(jù),通過數(shù)據(jù)分析持續(xù)優(yōu)化其功能和用戶體驗,提高用戶滿意度和留存率。
5、 對產(chǎn)品的盈利目標負責,設(shè)定合理的定價策略和銷售目標,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)增長和盈利目標。
1、 本科及以上學歷,3年及以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗,有成功的C端產(chǎn)品作品者優(yōu)先。
2、 英文聽說讀寫流利,有海外互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品使用習慣,有面向英文C端的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)經(jīng)驗。
3、 具有敏銳的市場洞察力和準確分析用戶需求的能力,能夠把握市場趨勢和用戶需求。
4、 擅長溝通協(xié)調(diào),熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程,具備出色的項目管理和團隊協(xié)作能力。
5、 擅長數(shù)據(jù)分析,能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化和決策。

Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the planning, design, and iterative optimization of English products, and formulate the long-term development Roadmap and short-term execution plan of the product.
2. Conduct in-depth research on market demands, user pain points, and competitive situations, collect and analyze relevant data to provide strong support for product decisions.
3. Write high-quality product requirement documents and efficiently coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, R&D, testing, operation, etc., to ensure the product is delivered on time and with high quality.
4. Monitor and analyze the product operation data, continuously optimize its functions and user experience through data analysis, and improve user satisfaction and retention rate.
5. Be responsible for the profit target of the product, set reasonable pricing strategies and sales targets to achieve business growth and profit goals.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years and above working experience as a product manager, and those with successful toC product works are preferred.
2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, being used to using overseas Internet products, and have experience in the design and implementation of products.
3. Have a keen market insight and the ability to accurately analyze user needs, and be able to grasp market trends and user needs.
