Main Tasks
?Manage all parts suppliers to maintain an on time delivery for all kinds of customer requests, especially VOR
Regularly pass parts requirement to all suppliers based on customer orders received in SAP system and make order trouble shooting if needed
Follow up with each supplier to ensure a quick and accurate parts delivery to China Hub. Cooperate with purchasing, engineering, finance and quality to solve all the supply issues such as engineering change, payment issue, quality problem and etc.
Ensure a quickest supply against VOR and urgent customer requests with proper escalation when neces-sary
?Manage parts inbound and out bound in China hub together with 3PL team
Manage goods receiving in SAP system and work with ICT and 3PL operation team against inventory or ASN issues.
Send packing instruction to warehouse
Send ocean/air booking to customer / forwarder
Check the invoice information and generate invoice
Cooperate with customs team to prepare customs clearance documents and solve the issue
Coordinate with 3PL operation team and supplier to well control China Hub space and inventory
?Supplier KPI management
Make regular KPI report for each supplier and summarize all the supply key issues to management team
Set up regular review meeting with key suppliers to monitor supply performance
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
?Bachelor degree or above
?Good communication and coordination skills
?Fluent English in both verbal and written is a must
?Proficient MS skill: outlook, excel, PPT
?Ability to work under pressure
?At least 2 years working experience in export operation or related supply chain position
?Being familiar with SAP and POWER BI will be a plus
