職位描述

來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)（IQC）制程檢驗(yàn)（IPQC）成品檢驗(yàn)（FQC）
1.按照進(jìn)貨程序文件及部分關(guān)鍵件的檢驗(yàn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)對(duì)供應(yīng)商的來(lái)料進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，并做好JDE系統(tǒng)放行；
Take inspection for incoming goods in accordance with incoming goods inspection procedure and some key components inspection instructions, and release in the JDE system.
2.依據(jù)公司校驗(yàn)控制程序，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)公司的計(jì)量器具進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)，確保計(jì)量器具的有效性；Be responsible for calibration of company’s measuring instruments acc.to calibration control procedure, Ensure the effectiveness of measuring instruments.
3.按照過(guò)程控制程序，每個(gè)月一次對(duì)裝配線的扭矩扳手進(jìn)行復(fù)核和確認(rèn)，如與其工位SOP上不符合的，對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)整；
Check and confirm the torque wrench for assembly line every month, adjust them if the torque value is not in the specification in SOP.
4.按照公司的不合格品控制程序，定期和產(chǎn)線班長(zhǎng)一起對(duì)裝配線的不合格品進(jìn)行處理，并登記清單在JDE系統(tǒng)里做報(bào)廢處理，對(duì)來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品進(jìn)行處理；
Deal with the non-conformity happened in production line in terms of company’s nonconformity control procedure. And make record in JDE system.
5.按照成品測(cè)試檢查清單對(duì)成品進(jìn)行檢查，并將檢查數(shù)據(jù)錄入清單中，發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格時(shí)候，及時(shí)反饋。
Do the final inspection for finished products check list. to final inspection checklist. And immediately report when find the nonconformity.
6.當(dāng)涉及到產(chǎn)品返工和測(cè)試時(shí)，支持返工的相關(guān)工作，包括登記相關(guān)的詳細(xì)信息。
Support the reworking and test for nonconformity products and make relevant and detailed record.
7.參與和支持公司的相關(guān)審核（包括CCC審核，三體系外審）
Take part in company’s related audit (CCC, Q/E/OHS).
8.參與新項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)，對(duì)供方的FAI樣品進(jìn)行復(fù)核。
Take part in new project developing, confirm and check the FAI samples of new parts which are from supplier.
9.完成部門(mén)主管安排的其他任務(wù)。
Complete the other task assigned by department supervisor.
Job requirement
任職要求：
1.大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷, 機(jī)械或自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
At lease college degree. Mechanical or automatic major is preferred.
2.熟悉來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)和過(guò)程控制流程及方法。
Be familiar with incoming commodity inspection and process control procedure and Method.
3.能夠看懂機(jī)械圖紙
Be able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
4.三年以上來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)或過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
More than 3 years working experience for incoming commodity inspection and process inspection.
5.有一定的機(jī)械或家電行業(yè)英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)
The candidate need to be have basic English knowledge about mechanical or household appliances.
