【崗位職責(zé)】
1.直接聯(lián)系供應(yīng)商,傳達(dá)技術(shù)要求,并能夠?qū)⒐?yīng)商的反饋傳達(dá)給我們的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)。訂購(gòu)模具、工具和樣品。
1. Directly contact suppliers, communicate technical requirements, and be able to convey supplier feedback to our product development team. Order molds, tools, and samples.
2.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的需求,開(kāi)發(fā)新的優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商,并幫助評(píng)估現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量。對(duì)這些供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行在線和/或離線審核。向供應(yīng)商(PO)下訂單并跟進(jìn)訂單進(jìn)度。向財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)申請(qǐng)訂單付款。
2. Develop new high-quality suppliers based on the needs of the product development team and assist in evaluating the quality of existing suppliers. Conduct online and/or offline audits of these suppliers. Place an order with the supplier (PO) and follow up on the progress of the order. Apply for order payment from the finance department.
3.不僅幫助采購(gòu)大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)所需的材料,還幫助采購(gòu)工程團(tuán)隊(duì)所需的原型、工具和設(shè)備。
Not only does it assist in procuring materials required for large-scale production, but it also helps in procuring prototypes, tools, and equipment needed by engineering teams.
4.維護(hù)公司采購(gòu)零件和產(chǎn)品的在線知識(shí)庫(kù)。文檔規(guī)格、認(rèn)證、報(bào)價(jià)——所有信息都需要存儲(chǔ)在在線知識(shí)庫(kù)中。
4. Maintain an online knowledge base for the company's procurement of parts and products. Document specifications, authentication, pricing - all information needs to be stored in an online knowledge base.
5.對(duì)進(jìn)廠樣品進(jìn)行登記、整理和分類(lèi)。
5. Register, organize, and classify incoming samples.
【任職資格】
a.要求至少3年的采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
a. Require at least 3 years of procurement experience
b.熟悉電子元件、模制機(jī)械零件(塑料、硅膠)、擠出、機(jī)加工或鑄造金屬零件等原材料。
b. Familiar with raw materials such as electronic components, molded mechanical parts (plastic, silicone), extrusion, machining, or casting metal parts.
c.需要良好的談判和解決問(wèn)題的能力
c. Need good negotiation and problem-solving skills
d.需要使用在線ERP系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
d. Experience in using online ERP systems is required
e.會(huì)英語(yǔ)優(yōu)先考慮,不會(huì)英語(yǔ)能力優(yōu)秀也會(huì)考慮
