ACCOUNTABILITIES崗位職責(zé)：

1.·Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products

策劃支柱產(chǎn)品的發(fā)布并推動(dòng)增長(zhǎng)

2.·contribute to the development of customer relationships by providing products, ideas, concepts, update, innovation that interest customers.

通過(guò)提供客戶感興趣的產(chǎn)品，想法，概念，更新，創(chuàng)新來(lái)促進(jìn)客戶關(guān)系的發(fā)展。

3.·Analyzethe target market. In line with industry trends and professionals
feedback.Analysis of competitive products in detail. 分析目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)，緊跟市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和專業(yè)反饋，分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)情況。

4.·Responsible for providing all relevant product knowledge and full product documentation to all relevant parties

負(fù)責(zé)向所有相關(guān)方提供所有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和完整的產(chǎn)品文案

5.·As the person responsible for the sell ability of the product, the PM must understand
the market conditions to determine the best possible strategy:負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的可銷售性，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理必須了解市場(chǎng)情況以制定策略

6.·Responsible for product launch and positioning 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品上市和定位

7.·Proactively check promotional activities available and will make proposal to support his product portfolio sales. 主動(dòng)查看可參加的推廣項(xiàng)目，并提供建議以支持其產(chǎn)品銷售。

8.·Be responsible for the whole products data found in the company digital platform. 產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)公司數(shù)字平臺(tái)上的所有產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)


任職要求REQUIREMENTS

1.博士學(xué)歷，生物、藥學(xué)或化工專業(yè)；

PhD degree , major in biology，pharmacy or chemical

2.三年以上化妝品行業(yè)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

Over three years PM working experience in cosmetic industry

3.良好的演講能力

Excellent presentation skill

4.良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力

Good oral English ability

5.善于團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)助，工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)

Good at teamwork, work carefully, strong stability

6.有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮

Has people management experience is a plus

博士學(xué)歷，在化妝品原料公司任職產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理或市場(chǎng)經(jīng)理or品牌方任職研發(fā)經(jīng)理或技術(shù)經(jīng)理，英語(yǔ)能夠簡(jiǎn)單開口溝通交流。
