職位概要(Job summary):
對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，實(shí)施質(zhì)量控制和改進(jìn)計(jì)劃，達(dá)到產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量目標(biāo)；配合新產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)入批量生產(chǎn)階段的品質(zhì)活動(dòng)Monitor product quality; implement quality control and improvement；To achieve product quality targets. Cooperate quality activities during transition period from project NPI to MP.
工作職責(zé)(Responsibilities):
1. 參與ＤＭＲ的評(píng)審，確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品各階段的放行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，參與PFMEA的評(píng)審, 制定/更新質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃，， 定義關(guān)鍵品質(zhì)控制點(diǎn)。并監(jiān)控實(shí)施，使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo)。
DMR review to identify product deliverable criteria for different stages, involve PFMEA review, build/update quality control plan, define critical to quality (CTQ), monitor the implementation of the new level of product quality to achieve targets.
2. 建立產(chǎn)品的測(cè)量及測(cè)試要求，并跟進(jìn)實(shí)施；設(shè)定生產(chǎn)過程中合適的SPC控制。產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)分析的管理（包括數(shù)據(jù)采集的真實(shí)性、數(shù)據(jù)分析的可靠性和數(shù)據(jù)分析的實(shí)用性）。
Establish the requirements of measurement & testing and follow up the implementation, include appropriate SPC control, Data collection and analysis management (included data collection, analysis and implementation) related with quality.
3. 評(píng)審產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境要求，和客人探討相關(guān)質(zhì)量測(cè)試和接收標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 制定作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書明確產(chǎn)品從來料檢查到成品檢查全過程的抽樣方案、檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目/接收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)提供依據(jù)，以確保用最優(yōu)化的資源進(jìn)行合適而有效的品質(zhì)控制。
Review product manufacturing environment requirements. Communicate with customers for test/acceptance criteria related with quality, establish work instruction to define sampling plan, inspection items/acceptance criteria thru incoming inspection to finish goods to ensure appropriate & effective quality control and most optimized resource configuration.
4. 傳遞客戶的質(zhì)量需求和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信息, 對(duì)相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)人員進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面的培訓(xùn)。
Effectively deliver customers requirement and product quality information; inspectors’ quality management and quality standard training.
5. 作為項(xiàng)目對(duì)客戶品質(zhì)溝通的窗口，主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目的品質(zhì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。批量生產(chǎn)階段產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的跟進(jìn)，提出合理化建議。
Participate new products trail run, follow the products quality and gave personal advices from quality view.
To be quality contact window with customer on new project quality, Lead new project gate review and quality risk assessment.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)制程品質(zhì)問題的處理與跟進(jìn)，推動(dòng)品質(zhì)持續(xù)改善。
Process quality issue handling and follow-up, push on-going quality implementation.
7. 主導(dǎo)TMV，配合工程人員參與相關(guān)產(chǎn)品及夾具的驗(yàn)證，提供或評(píng)審相關(guān)報(bào)告。
Lead for TMV, take part in the product and jig validation, provide or review relative report.
8. 根據(jù)稽核計(jì)劃對(duì)產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行定期或不定期的稽核。
Audit the production line according to audit plan.
9. 主導(dǎo)處理和解決客供料、客戶反饋的質(zhì)量問題，不斷提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量滿意度。
Lead to resolve quality issues of consign materials or customer feedback and continuously improvement quality and customer satisfaction.
10. 處理上級(jí)交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
